Michelle McCulloch

 Michelle McCulloch is in her fifth year as head coach for the Skippers in 2023-24.

In McCulloch's first year leading the Skippers she coached them to a 16-21 record but they were 8-4 in the conference which secured them a spot in the Great Lakes Dsitrict A Tournament. During the COVID shortened 2020-21 McCulloch aided the team to an 11-4 record and a repeat appearance in the Great Lakes District A Tournament. For her efforts she was awarded MCCAA Eastern Conference Coach of the Year. In 2021-22 the Skippers finished 21-18 (8-4 in conference) to make their third straight Great District A Tournament under Coach McCulloch. In 2022-23 McColluch led the Skippers to 24-7 including a 10-2 conference record which was good enough for a share of the MCCAA Eastern Conference Championship as well as an appearance in the Great Lakes District A Tournament.

Before coaching at SC4 McCulloch was the varsity volleyball coach at Cros-Lex High School and Port Huron Northern High School for 10+ years.

McCulloch is a Skipper alumna who played three sports at SC4; volleyball, basketball, and softball. After her two years here, she transferred to Saginaw Valley State University where she continued her softball career and earned a degree in education.
