 
        
        
        
              Port Huron, MI - Freshman golfer Jack Higgins has been named the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) Eastern Conference Golfer of the Week, recognizing his outstanding performance on the course during Week 8 of the fall season.
Higgins turned in a pair of impressive performances last week, beginning with a standout round of 73 at the Mott Community College Invitational to earn medalist honors. He followed that up with a solid 76 at the SC4 Invitational, held at Port Huron Golf Club, helping lead the Skippers to a strong team finish. His steady play and ability to excel in challenging conditions earned him top recognition among Eastern Conference competitors.
This recognition highlights Higgins' dedication, focus, and leadership as a key member of the SC4 men's golf team. His performance continues to elevate the program's profile within the MCCAA and sets a high standard for the spring season.
