PORT HURON, MI. — The SC4 men's soccer team continues to gain national spotlight in just its second season, earning the No. 19 spot in the latest NJCAA Division II rankings released today.
This marks the highest national ranking in program history and reflects the Skippers' impressive performance throughout the season. SC4 has shown resilience and growth, competing fiercely in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) and positioning themselves for a potential conference championship.
The team is set to face Schoolcraft College on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in a pivotal match that could clinch their first-ever MCCAA title and secure the top seed in the NJCAA Region 12 Tournament.
"This ranking is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our players and coaching staff," said Head Coach Brian Alumbaugh. "We're proud of how far we've come and excited for what's ahead."
