Richard "Dick" Groch

Groch’s St. Clair CC, Port Huron, Michigan, made three trips to the JUCO World Series, finishing second in 1976.  In 18 seasons under Coach Groch, St. Clair went 497-208.  Groch served as an assistant coach in 1977 for USA Baseball and at the World Cup Games in Nicaragua, and coached for the Pan American team in 1979.  He was a long time scout for the New York Yankees.
