Port Huron, MI – The NJCAA Division II women's basketball week 8 rankings were released Monday (Jan. 22) and the Skippers found themselves in the receiving votes category!
The Skippers are sitting at 15-2 overall and 2-1 in the conference. The Skippers went 1-1 this week. The beat the Oakland Community College on Wednesday (Jan. 17) and falling in overtime to Jackson College on Saturday (Jan. 20).
Despite the loss they remain in the receiving votes category. SC4 will look to get back on track with two road games this week. They play Macomb Community College on Wednesday, January 24 at 5:30 PM and then head to Wayne County Community College on Saturday (Jan. 27) for a 1:00 PM tip.
The next time the Skippers play at the Fieldhouse is Saturday February 2nd against Schoolcraft College. All fans can receive free entry to that game with the donation of a non-perishable food item.
