Sarah Hall is in her second season as head coach of the Skippers in 2023-24.

Before taking over as head coach, Hall had been on staff as an assistant since 2019.

Hall spent two years playing softball at Cleary. She was the starting right fielder and led the Cougars to two USCAA tournament appearances, including a USCAA National Championship in 2018. Hall was a two-time First Team All-American and was named the team’s Most Valuable Player. 

Prior to transferring to Cleary Sarah Hall played two seasons for the Skippers. During the Skippers 2014-2015 softball season, Hall led the team with a .468 batting average, 46 runs scored, and 58 hits, and was honored with All-Region XII First Team, All-MCCAA, All-Eastern Conference First Team, and was named to the Eastern Conference All-Freshmen Team. In Hall's second season with the Skippers, she led the team again with a .461 batting average, 27 runs scored and 59 hits. Hall received All-Region XII First Team, All-MCCAA, and All-Eastern Conference First Team. Hall also received the Marucci Elite Hitter Award, which recognizes the best hitters in America.

Hall is a graduate of Port Huron Northern High School. She has an Associate's Degree from St. Clair County Community College in General Business, and a Bachelor of Business focused on Event, Sport, and Promotion Management from Cleary University.
