The Thursday game was postponed to be played on Friday when the Skippers traveled to take on the Bears in a 9-inning game.

The Skippers batted first scoring a run to open the scoring before Mott responded with 7 of their own in the bottom of the 1st. Every run the Skippers proceeded to score was matched by the Bears until it was too large of a deficit to beat. The Skippers earned all 4 of their runs off of their 9 hits and 4 walks against the Bears. Joeseph Parinello III led the SC4 offense going 2 for 4, including a double, with 2 RBIs. Spencer McMahan was responsible for 2 runs, scoring 1 and batting 1 in, he also ended with a 1 for 3 day at the dish. The rest of the runs runs were scored by Gavin Tencza, Carrinton Thomas, and Hunter Filber. Carlo Corona had the other SC4 RBI on a single.

Deaven McWain started for the Skippers. He was able to go just .2 innings and gave up 7 runs, 5 earned, on 4 hits, 2 walks with 1 strikeout. Jeff Preston pitched in relief and went 3.1 innings giving up 2 earned runs along with 5 hits, 2 walks, and 4 strikeouts. Anthony Buric pitched a clean 6th inning, striking out 2 batters and Mateo Borgesi finished the game allowing 3 runs on 4 hits in 1 inning pitched.

The Skippers will next play at home versus the Macomb CC Monarchs on Saturday, March 30th in a single game.
