Muskegon, MI – The Skippers men's basketball team traveled to Muskegon for a 7:30 pm game. They were looking to get above .500 after starting the season 0-2.

The Skippers handled business and took down the Jayhawks 93-55 to improve to 3-2 on the season. They were able to get it done with their defense and a balanced scoring attack with 5 starters scoring in double figures. Zaveon Little led the way with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Tyler Hamilton added in a near triple double scoring 14, dishing out 9 assists and bringing down 10 rebounds. Isaiah Jones poured in 13 with 8 rebounds and Daquan Coleman and La'Tavius Vaughter both scored 11. The Skippers defense held the Jayhawks to just 30% shooting from the field and 22% from behind the arc.

SC4 will host the Skippers Holiday Classic with home games against Alpena CC at 8:00 PM on Dec. 1 and Erie CC at 5:00 pm on Dec. 2.
