Detroit, MI – The Skippers traveled down to Wayne County Community College for their bowling match of the season.

The event included Mid Michigan College, Schoolcraft College, Wayne County Community College and St. Clair County Community College.

The Skippers finished with a team series of 2554 (905, 847, 802) which was good enough for 3^rd place. Freshman Colby Irwin led the Skippers bowling a series of 526 (161, 189, 176). Right behind him was Cameron Schomburg who bowled a 525 series (215, 172, 138). Will Fisher was the 3^rd best bowling for SC4 at the event. He finished with 508 pins (178, 157, 173). Elliot Purdy finished with 501 (179, 141, 181), Skylar Brohl rolled a 466 (155, 182, 129), Gabe Hollenbeck 453 (172, 147, 134), and Paul Camire finished with a 377 (139, 135, 103).

The Skippers will be back in action on Friday (Jan. 12) at Muskegon Community College. The action starts at 11:00 AM.
