Muskegon, MI – The Skippers women's basketball team traveled to Muskegon to take on the Jayhawks of Muskegon Community College on Tuesday (Nov. 21) looking to take a win into the holiday break.

They were able to do just that. The Skippers ran out of there with a 77-62 win to improve their win streak to 4 games and improve to 4-1 on the season. Freshman Bailey Gormley paced all scorers with 19 points while also bringing down a team high 6 rebounds. Arlonna Twitty also contributed 14 points and 4 steals, while Karmyn Lowry scored 12 and had 6 rebounds. Off the bench Ava Grant tallied 10 points and 6 boards.

SC4 will host the Skippers Holiday Classic with home games against Alpena CC at 6:00 PM on Dec. 1 and Erie CC at 3:00 pm on Dec. 2.
