Flint, MI – The Skippers made the trip to Flint, MI on Saturday (Jan. 13) to take on the Mott Community College Bears.

SC4 handled business in the opening game on conference play. They got the job done on the defensive end, forcing 32 turnovers, to win 80-60. Arlonna Twitty led the way, as she has all season, with 22 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists. Fellow sophomore Karmyn Lowry stepped up to add in 19 points Freshman Amanda Kitchen and Bailey Gormley added in 11 and 10 points respectively.

With this win the Skippers move to 14-1 on the season and a perfect 1-0 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference.

Their next game will come at home on Wednesday, January 17 at 5:30 PM against Oakland Community College.
