Port Huron, MI – SC4 welcomed Oakland Community College to the Fieldhouse for a Wednesday (Jan. 17) night conference game.

The Skippers started off slow and were training 18-17 at the end of the first quarter. After that they woke up and used a staunch defensive effort to hold the Raiders to just 23 points the rest of the game to win 77-41. Karmyn Lowry made it back-to-back impressive showing scoring 19 points and adding in 5 rebounds and 5 steals as well. Freshman Bailey Gormley helped out by scoring 12 points and bring in 7 boards. Arlonna Twitty dumped in 10 points and Madelyn Smith scored 9 and had an impressive 7 takeaways.

This win pushes the Skippers win streak up to 15 games and slides their record to 15-1 overall and 2-0 in the conference.

SC4 takes on a long road stretch starting at Jackson College on Saturday (Jan. 20). Their next home game will be Saturday, Feb. 3 at 1:00 PM.
