Auburn Hills, MI – The Skippers made the trip down to play the Raiders of Oakland Community College on Saturday (Feb. 10)

It wasn't the prettiest game for SC4 but they escaped with a 73-66 overtime win on the road.

The Skippers were led by freshman Bailey Gormley. She scored 18 points and added 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals to her day. Madelyn Smith made it back-to-back good games, scoring 16 points along with 4 assists and 4 takeaways. Amanda Kitchen also scored 16 and hauled in 9 rebounds. Karmyn Lowry contributed 10 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steaks to the Skippers effort.

This win pushes the Skippers over the 20-win mark for the season. They currently sit at 20-2 and 7-1 in the conference.

SC4 will host Jackson College for a Valentine's Day matchup between the two first place teams in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. The game will be at 5:30 on Wednesday (Feb. 14).
