Grayling, MI – The Skippers traveled up to Kirtland Community College for a bowling match on Friday (Jan. 19).
The event included Mid Michigan College, Kirtland Community College and St. Clair County Community College.
The Skippers finished with a team series of 1822 (604, 589, 629) which was good enough for 3rd place. Sophia Santo bowled the high series for the event with a 543 (185, 191, 167), her 191 in the second game tied for high game. Sophomore, Elizabeth Hubbard finished with a 431 series (159, 130, 142). Ashley Bales finished with 428 pins (190, 142, 143) and Mackenzie Monier finished with 420 (136, 126, 158).
The Skippers will have a home bowling match next Friday (Jan. 26) at the Bowl-O-Drome in Port Huron, MI. The match starts at 11:00 AM.
