The Skippers hosted the Muskegon Jayhawks on Sunday, August 22 at the SC4 soccer field in Marysville.

The Numbers 

#3 Courtney Pagel scored the only goal for the Skippers. 

Christina LaBudie and Courtney Pagel both led the Skippers in shots on goal 

Kacey Szczepkowski had 15 saves

How it happened

Jayhawks took the lead in the 30th minute of the first half with a goal by Musk.

Skippers tied the game up at the 50th minute with an unassisted goal by Pagel. 

The Jayhawks struck right back with a goal from Brown at the 55th minute of the game. The Jayhawks erupted with a final 4 goals to make the final score 6-1.
