How it happened 

Pioneers struck first in the 2:21 minute of the game with a goal from Ashlyn Swartz, assisted by Faith Webber.

The pioneers then scored eight more goals, ending the first half Skippers 0, Pioneers 9.

The Skippers defense was able to keep the Pioneers at bay in the second half, allowing only two goals. Final score Skippers 0, Pioneers 11
