The SC4 Soccer team traveled to Grand Rapids Community College in Grand Rapids, MI on September 11, 2023, for a 2pm kick off.

The shorthanded Skippers fell to the Raiders 2-3. Jessica Peters scored 2 goals which was enough to set the school record for most goals scored in a single season. In Jessica's first season with the Skippers, Peters has scored 10 goals in 7 games, and has also added in 2 assists giving her a total of 22 points on the season. Jessica credits her teammates for all the success she has had this season.

"It was a tough loss. We were missing 3 key players, so we knew it was going to be tough for us. We are very excited to bounce back in our next game and hopefully get a win against Lake Michigan. We have been preparing for this game and WE ARE READY," says Peters.

The Skippers will travel to Lake Michigan on Friday September 15, 2023 for a 2pm kick off.
