The SC4 Skippers hosted the Oakland Community College Raiders at the SC4 Fieldhouse on Wednesday, September 15, 2022. In set one, the Skippers recorded 11 kills and 4 service aces. Set one final score 25-21. Skippers took set two 25-21 and recorded a total of 12 kills, 4 kills for Miyana Dishroon, and 4 kills for Christina Bohm. The Skippers did not waste any time in the third set and secured the 3-0 win with a 21-17 third set score. 

"Tonight's crowd and support really fueled our energy tonight. We still need to clean up our play, but I'm proud that we were able to get a win tonight vs a solid OCC team," says head coach McCulloch. 

The team's player of the game went out to Sophomore Christina Bohm who recorded a total of 11 kills, 10 digs, and 5 points. 

SC4 Volleyball is now 3-1 in the MCCAA and 8-2 overall. Skippers will be back in action on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Schoolcraft College and will be back at home on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 7 pm.
