Volleyball traveled to Macomb Community College in Warren, MI for their MCCAA season opener. The team walked away with a 3-1 win over the Monarchs.

Set scores were (23-25, 25-16, 25-26, 25-20)

The player of the game went to Ella Jacobs. Jacobs shared how she felt the game went and how she plans to prepare for their upcoming game against Schoolcraft, "I believe we all played well together today, it felt right. I just kept reminding myself about the goals in the locker room and was reminding myself that the team and I got this! How I'm starting to prepare for Wednesday is to eat good, good mentality, and to come how I came today everyday!"
