Port Huron, MI – The NJCAA Division II men's basketball week 9 rankings were released Monday (Jan. 29) and the Skippers were ranked 13th in the country!
SC4 is 16-3 on the season, 5-0 in the conference, and currently on an 8-game winning streak. The Skippers, who were ranked 17th a week ago, cruised up four spots to #13 after a 2-0 week. They started with a big upset win on the road at 3rd ranked Macomb Community College on Wednesday (Jan. 24) and followed that up by taking care of business at Wayne County Community College on Saturday (Jan. 27).
SC4 is looking to stay hot this week with another big game Wednesday (Jan. 31) against Henry Ford College who is receiving votes in the latest poll and then finally coming back home to host Schoolcraft College on Saturday (Feb. 3) at 3:00 PM. That game is part of the MCCAA Hunger Games competition. Each fan can receive free admission into the game with the donation of a non-perishable good.
